| dc.description | The objective of this essay is the study of ethics focused on teaching, concepts were identified and developed, ethics was related and linked to philosophy and morality, aspects of vital relevance for the performance and formation of man. Likewise, they reflected on ethics, education and the role of the teacher in the comprehensive education of the student, where it was possible to appreciate that the teacher's participation must be attached to moral conduct, regulated by norms that make life in society possible. Likewise, it was indicated how the Venezuelan State and international organizations recognize education, dictate norms and rules that encourage the behavior, conduct and professional activity of the teacher to be framed within ethics. This led to pointing out precepts established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Organic Law of Education and the Regulations for the Exercise of the Teaching Profession. In addition, it allowed us to emphasize that the teacher must direct the comprehensive training of the student subject to principles, values and duties within a deontological structure, that is, educate with ethics and in honor of the truth. | dc.description | El objetivo del presente ensayo es el estudio de la ética enfocada al quehacer docente, se identificaron y desarrollaron conceptos, se relacionó y vinculó a la ética con la filosofía y con la moral, aspectos de vital relevancia para la actuación y formación del hombre. Asimismo, se reflexionó sobre la ética, la educación y el rol del docente en la formación integral del estudiante, donde se pudo apreciar que la participación del docente debe estar apegada a la conducta moral, regulada por normas que hacen posible la vida en sociedad. De igual manera, se indicó como el Estado venezolano y organismos internacionales reconocen la educación, dictaminan normas y reglas que incentivan a que el comportamiento, la conducta y la actividad profesional del docente estén enmarcadas dentro de la ética. Esto conllevó, a señalar preceptos establecidos en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, la Ley Orgánica de Educación y el Reglamento del Ejercicio de la Profesión Docente. Además, permitió enfatizar, que el docente debe dirigir la formación integral del estudiante sujeto a principios, valores y deberes dentro de una estructura deontológica, es decir, educar con ética y en honor a la verdad. Con este ensayo, se busca estimular a los principales actores de la gestión educativa a mantener las actividades inherentes a su ejercicio bajo sólidos cimientos éticos, morales y principios, aun cuando actualmente la sociedad se ve inmersa en una evolución acelerada que distorsiona entre una buena o mala conducta y trae como consecuencia juicios de carácter ético. | es |
