dc.descriptionWell-known is the popular expression: “This Company has Quality”. And so often is associated to organizational success to the simply fact: “It is of Quality”. However there are other tendencies that can not associate quality to something so easy, but to orientation of its employees through the Quality. This article examine about the Venezuelan employee´s attitudes of quality, of one Alimentation Company, explaining how from the measured of those attitudes, with an auto evaluation, was possible designed the Perfil of Quality of the Laborer Ambience. In order to conclude in the most precisely way, the work was sub divided in the following methodological faces.en-US
dc.descriptionEs conocida la expresión popular: “Esta empresa tiene calidad”. Y a menudo se asocia el éxito organizacional al hecho simplista: “Es de calidad”. Sin embargo, existen otras tendencias que no asocian la calidad a algo tan simple, sino a la orientación de sus empleados hacia la calidad. Este artículo examina sobre las actitudes de calidad del personal venezolano, en una empresa de alimentos, explicando cómo a partir de la medida de dichas actitudes, con una Auto Evaluación, fue posible diseñar el Perfil de Calidad del Ambiente Laboral. Para lograr concluir de manera precisas en torno al tema, se realizaron las siguientes fases metodológicas.es-ES
