dc.descriptionIn the present report of course the strategic lineaments for the implementation of a Plan of Emergencies and Contingencies for the company Cemex Venezuela occur, company in transition Movable Plant Railroad, Sub. Aggregate commission, with the purpose of to create the procedure written in whom picks up the different situations from emergencies which they can occur and where the activities settle down to follow in each case. The boarding that was realised in the present report detachhed in 5 chapters, in which the taken steps are described to get to establish the procedures to follow before an adverse event. One worked under a methodologic frame that describes the work like a feasible project of descriptive type, supported in a work of field, in which present risks settled down and the possible emergencies were considered that could be presented/displayed in Movable Planta Railroad, Sub. Aggregate commission. As technical of data collection it was used the observation and the survey, which were applied to all the workers of Planta, in order to obtain data that allowed to elaborate a Plan of Emergencies for the referred organization. For the analysis of the data, statistical techniques of the type were applied scales nominal, that is to say, percentage, to determine the level of the variables. Finally, one came to the elaboration from the Plan from Emergencies and Contingencies, that is the written document in which the lineaments settle down, instructive and procedures to follow in case of a situation that generates an emergency.en
dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se dan los lineamientos estratégicos para la implementación de un Plan de Emergencia y Contingencia para la empresa Cemex Venezuela, empresa en transición Planta Móvil Ferrocarril, Sub. Comisión de Agregados, con el fin de crear el procedimiento escrito en el que se recogen las diferentes situaciones de emergencia que pueden darse y donde se establecen las actuaciones a seguir en cada caso. Aquí se describen los pasos dados para llegar a establecer los procedimientos a seguir antes de un evento adverso. Se trabajó bajo el marco metodológico de proyecto factible de tipo descriptivo, apoyado en un trabajo de campo, en el cual se establecieron riesgos presentes y se consideraron las posibles emergencias que se pudieran presentar en la planta Móvil Ferrocarril, sub. Comisión de Agregados. Como técnicas de recolección de datos se usó la observación y la encuesta, las cuales fueron aplicadas a todos los trabajadores de la planta, con la finalidad de obtener información que permitiera elaborar un Plan de Emergencia para la referida organización. Para el análisis de los datos, se aplicaron técnicas estadísticas del tipo escala nominal, para determinar el nivel de las variables. Finalmente se procedió a la elaboración del Plan de Emergencia y contingencia, que es el documento escrito en el cual se establecen los lineamientos, instructivos y procedimientos a seguir en caso de una situación que genere una emergenciaes
