dc.descriptionThe ergonomic analysis represents an essential element for the study of the comfort in the jobs, as much by the incidence that it has on the health of the workers, the lack of adjustment of the jobs, like by the profits in the improvement of the conditions of which is obtained with its application. In Aluminum Manufactures I, a.c., company that makes aluminum pistons for motors of internal combustion, exists the necessity to realise a design of the postural comfort to the workers of the area of Selection and Packing, in view that their activities represent disergonómicos risks, thus offering tools to the company, so that it applies the preventive measures giving fulfillment with the legal norms and informing to the workers the form to carry out its work so that it does not affect its health. Study was framed in project feasible, supported in investigation of field, documentary and descriptive, where it was used like instrument of data collection the direct observation, the questionnaire and the interview nonstructured, that determined the use of new tools and methods that will diminish the disergonómicos risks in the workstations to short, medium and long term through action plan.en-US
dc.descriptionEl análisis ergonómico representa un elemento esencial para el estudio del confort en los puestos de trabajo, tanto por la incidencia que tiene sobre la salud de los trabajadores, la falta de adecuación de los puestos de trabajo, como por los logros en la mejora de las condiciones de los mismos que se consigue con su aplicación. En Manufacturas de Aluminio I, C.A., empresa que fabrica pistones de aluminio para motores de combustión interna, existe la necesidad de realizar un diseño del confort postural a los trabajadores del área de Selección y Empaque, en vista que sus actividades representan riesgos disergonómicos, ofreciendo así herramientas a la empresa, para que aplique las medidas preventivas dando cumplimiento con las normativas legales e informando a los trabajadores la forma de realizar su trabajo de manera que no afecte su salud. El estudio estuvo enmarcado en un proyecto factible, apoyado en una investigación de campo, documental y descriptiva, donde se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de datos la observación directa, el cuestionario y la entrevista no estructurada, que determinó el uso de nuevas herramientas y métodos que disminuirán los riesgos disergonómicos en las estaciones de trabajo a corto, mediano y largo plazo a través del plan de acciónes-ES
