The discussion on the Democratic and Social State of Law and Justice reveals a system deeply rooted in human dignity, the common good, freedom, and participation. These interrelated and mutually reinforcing principles form a model that seeks to ensure justice and equity for all. Dignity, as a foundation, establishes that every individual deserves respect and consideration. The common good, in turn, directs actions toward collective benefit. Freedom, understood as the capacity to choose within a legal framework, and participation, as the right to influence decisions, complete this framework. In conclusion, this political model offers a normative framework that promotes a fairer and more equitable society where individual rights are harmonized with the common welfare.en
dc.descriptionA través de este ensayo se pretende establecer una conexión entre los fundamentos del Estado Democrático y Social de Derecho y de Justicia y la realización de los principios que lo integran. La discusión sobre el Estado Democrático y Social de Derecho y de Justicia revela un sistema profundamente arraigado en la dignidad humana, el bien común, la libertad y la participación. Estos principios, interconectados y mutuamente reforzantes, conforman un modelo que busca garantizar la justicia y la equidad para todos. La dignidad, como fundamento, establece que cada individuo merece respeto y consideración. El bien común, a su vez, orienta las acciones hacia el beneficio colectivo. La libertad, entendida como la capacidad de elegir dentro de un marco legal, y la participación, como el derecho a influir en las decisiones, completan este entramado. En conclusión, este modelo político ofrece un marco normativo que promueve una sociedad más justa y equitativa, donde los derechos individuales se armonizan con el bienestar común.es
