The final considerationsare included within theachievementand consolidationof integratingsocio-cultural-ethnic fromthe legal fieldto reach thedemocratic and social stateof law,ie therealizationof democratization of law.en
dc.descriptionEl espacio histórico social comprendido entre 1492 a 1810 constituyo cronológicamente el periodo colonial,  enfocándose este análisis en la época independentista y post independentista en el cual  los patrones de funcionamiento de la formación social no estuvieron en consonancia con las reformas en la bases jurídicas y políticas del país, ya que seguían sin concretarse los derechos igualitarios y se mantenía la sociedad testamentaria; lo que trajo como consecuencia que hasta mucho tiempo después de la descolonización se mantuvieran intactas ciertas instituciones del colonialismo como la esclavitud, lográndose la materialización  de estos derechos tras muchos acontecimientos históricos tales como: los Decretos de Cedula Real del 19/02/1795 y 1810, Constitución de 1811, Constitución 1830, la abolición de la esclavitud de 1854  que acompañaron varios intentos de búsqueda de lo igualitario. En este sentido, se realiza el análisis crítico socio-histórico con una visión global del avance de los derechos igualitarios en la Venezuela colonial hasta llegar a la consagración de los derechos civiles, económicos y políticos de acuerdo al marco constitucional vigente. Las reflexiones finales están enmarcadas dentro del logro y consolidación de la integración étnico-socio-cultural desde el ámbito jurídico para llegar al Estado Democrático y Social de Derecho, es decir, la materialización de la democratización del derechoes
