dc.descriptionThe teacher training of professionals outside the educational field is of great importance because through it it is achieved not only to provide the best teaching skills to the participants, but also that these are favorably reflected in better training for future professionals. from the country. In the UJAP Teacher Training Course (2002), a hundred professionals have been trained in this branch, however, the educational dynamics of the 21st century require urgent curricular transformation, in order to achieve the elements that They will indicate the desired profile of this new graduate and then design a new study plan in accordance with the demands of today's world. The objective of this research is to design a new Study Plan for the UJAP Teacher Training Course. The methodology used is a curricular investigation, in a first stage documentary research was carried out about educational innovations in curricular matters, then we moved on to the curricular deconstruction of the current study plan where the objectives and values of the same were reconstructed to in a next stage to achieve the Graduate Profile of the Teacher Training Course of the José Antonio Páez University, taking the current profile as a starting point and finally the new study plan will be reconstructed. It is considered of great importance and relevance in terms of training a professional with the professional and personal skills necessary for a teacher, a graduate with the skills required by this important profession will be achieved, which will benefit Venezuelan society.en-US
dc.descriptionLa formación docente de los profesionales ajenos al campo educativo reviste gran importancia por cuanto a través de ella se logra, no solamente proporcionarles las mejores competencias docentes a los participantes, sino también que estas se revierten favorablemente en una mejor formación a los futuros profesionales del país. En el Curso de Formación Docente se la UJAP (2002) se han venido formado un centenar de profesionales en esta rama, sin embargo, la dinámica educativa del siglo XXI requiere de su urgente transformación curricular, para a través de ella conseguir los elementos que nos indicarán el perfil deseado de este nuevo egresado y luego diseñar un nuevo plan de estudio acorde con las exigencias del mundo actual. El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar un nuevo Plan de Estudio para el Curso de Formación Docente de la UJAP. La metodología utilizada  es una Investigación curricular, en una primera etapa se realizó investigación documental acerca de las innovaciones educativas en materia curricular, luego se pasó a la deconstrucción curricular del actual plan de estudio donde se reconstruyó lo relativo a objetivos y valores del mismo para en una siguiente etapa lograr el Perfil del Egresado del Curso de Formación Docente de la Universidad José Antonio Páez, tomando como punto de partida en perfil actual y finalmente se reconstruirá el nuevo plan de estudio.es-ES
